Fixed a bug where the Quit Game button was showing up in the web version of the game. The button doesn't do anything in the browser, so it shouldn't show up.
Removed the resize button. It has been noticed that players have better control over the size of the game by changing the zoom of their browser, so this button wasn't seeing any use.
